Haining Wanlihong Home for the Disabled

Haining Wanlihong Home for the Disabled is a non-profit organization of occupational therapy, rehabilitation training, recreation and entertainment. It’s invested, established and operated by Zhejiang Wanlihong Textile Technology Co., Ltd. In the trial operation stage, we have finished recruiting 40 employees, including 37 people with disabilities.

Haining Wanlihong Home for the Disabled adopts the form of day care, through the “three therapies and one counseling” model of occupational therapy, medicine therapy, recreation therapy and psychological counseling, broadening channels, innovating forms, enriching contents, and striving to improve the level of services for disabled employees. Haining Wanlihong Home for the Disabled is established to provide physical, psychological and social support, encouragement and services for employees with disabilities, so that they can come out of their homes, adapt to the rhythm of social development, accept and adapt to the status quo and readjust themselves, explore their own strengths and resources around them, as well as stimulate their enthusiasm for life, improve their hands-on and self-care abilities. This will help them to better integrate into society, enhance their sense of identity, their sense of belonging to their families and society, and cultivate a sense of gratitude to society.

The service concept of Haining Wanlihong Home for the Disabled is “Better service for disabled employees”. We will provide services and care for disabled employees with “love, sincerity, honesty and patience”, so that employees can feel the home-like warmth, garden-like environment, family-like care, hotel-like services, and feel the care of the Party and the government, the care of society, and the help and love of the enterprise.
